Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment and onboarding activities for pharmacies seeking participation in the network.
• Review enrollment applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist pharmacies and corporate with enrollment inquiries and requirements.
• Process additions, updates, terminations, and other participation changes.
• Research and resolve enrollment and provider data issues.
• Monitor enrollment requests and ensure timely completion of steps.
• Support outreach related to enrollment updates and network requirements.
• Generate and analyze reports on enrollment and network data quality.
• Identify data discrepancies and escalate complex issues to seniors.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance accuracy and turnaround times.
• Follow policies and develop knowledge of enrollment processes.
