Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in customer service, healthcare operations, administrative support, pharmacy operations, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment and onboarding activities for pharmacies seeking participation in the pharmacy network.
• Review enrollment applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist pharmacies and corporate headquarters with enrollment-related inquiries and participation requirements.
• Process pharmacy additions, updates, terminations, and other participation changes.
• Research and resolve routine enrollment and data issues.
• Monitor enrollment requests and ensure timely completion of steps.
• Generate and analyze reports related to enrollment, participation status, and data quality.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance enrollment accuracy and satisfaction.
