Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Network Enrollment Analyst to support pharmacy network enrollment, onboarding and maintenance. You will work with independent pharmacies, PSAOs, and corporate teams to ensure accurate enrollment and timely processing of additions, updates and terminations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple requests while producing reports on enrollment status and data quality to help sustain network integrity and member access.

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in customer service, healthcare operations, administrative support, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment and onboarding activities for pharmacies seeking participation.
• Review enrollment applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist pharmacies and CVS PSAO with enrollment inquiries and requirements.
• Process additions, updates, terminations, and other participation changes.
• Research and resolve routine enrollment, participation, and provider data issues.
• Monitor enrollment requests and ensure timely completion of steps.
• Support outreach related to enrollment updates and participation requirements.
• Generate and analyze reports on enrollment, participation status, and data quality.
• Identify data discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance enrollment accuracy and turnaround times.
