Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Network Enrollment Analyst to support enrollment, maintenance, and administration of participating pharmacies within CVS Health networks. You will collaborate with independent pharmacies, PSAOs, and headquarters to ensure enrollment requests are completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree at minimum; field as listed or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare or pharmacy operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment and onboarding activities for pharmacies seeking participation in the network.
• Review enrollment applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist pharmacies and headquarters with enrollment inquiries and participation requirements.
• Process additions, updates, terminations, and other participation changes.
• Research and resolve enrollment, participation, and provider data issues.
• Monitor enrollment requests and ensure timely processing steps.
• Generate and analyze reports on enrollment and data quality.
• Identify data discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives.
