The role blends hands‑on engineering (about 20%) with leadership of a 10–20 person team, while balancing delivery schedules, quality, and financial objectives. The position requires approximately 10% travel across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in a related technical field and six or more years of technical experience.
• At least three years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of IP-based network engineering, configuration, and deployment (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Network Engineering team, setting goals, priorities, and coaching.
• Monitor configuration quality, productivity, and resources with metrics.
• Allocate hands-on engineering time (~20%) for design, install, turn‑up, and validation of deployments.
• Drive process improvements and automation in collaboration with Product Management.
• Support budget, financials, and cross‑functional collaboration for complex implementations.
• Document root causes and lessons learned to improve standards and training.
