SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and support our LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD‑WAN networks across offices, fulfillment centers, and cloud environments. The role requires collaboration with IT and security teams, a hands‑on approach, and occasional on‑site work as needed.

Remote position with preference for candidates near HQ in Melville, NY or fulfillment centers in GA, OH, TX, NJ, NV. Travel up to 10% annually. Schedule typically Mon–Fri, 8–5 with some after‑hours support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting corporate network environments.
• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Zero Trust concepts.
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and wireless technologies, preferably Cisco and/or HPE Aruba.
• Experience with next-generation firewalls, remote access/VPN technologies, and network security best practices.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, TLS, and routing protocols such as OSPF or BGP.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and authentication services.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and support resilient LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Analyze, configure, and maintain core network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Plan capacity, traffic analysis, and performance tuning with upgrade recommendations.
• Plan, implement, and document network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor network health using management tools and proactively resolve issues.
• Provide escalation-level troubleshooting for network and related infrastructure issues.
• Configure and maintain VPNs, Zero Trust solutions, and security appliances.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams on incident response and vulnerability mitigation.
