Job summary

DataCaliper LLC is seeking an experienced Network Engineer for a long-term remote contract in the United States, aligned to IST hours (3-4 hours daily). You will own enterprise network architecture, firewall design and administration across Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Infoblox DDI, with emphasis on VPN, routing security, IPAM, and high-availability governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• Expert Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall setup and administration.
• Deep Infoblox DDI experience (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
• Understanding of enterprise network architecture, BGP/OSPF, and switching.
• Willingness to work 3–4 IST hours daily on a US remote contract.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Legal eligibility to work remotely in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize enterprise network architecture and routing models.
• Configure, administer, and maintain Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls.
• Manage Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM environments.
• Troubleshoot complex network, routing, security, and VPN issues.
• Implement security policies, NAT rules, and threat prevention profiles.
• Coordinate tasks within IST working hours.
• Maintain accurate documentation and diagrams of networks.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external client stakeholders.
• Ensure high availability and robust connectivity.
