Job summary

Sikich LLC, a leading professional services firm, invites an Intelligence Transformation Intern to join the US-based remote program. You will gain hands-on experience in NetSuite configurations, data migrations, and AI automation, while collaborating with senior consultants on client projects.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus excellent communication.
Interest in cloud-based ERP solutions and technology consulting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and show attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist with configuration and customization of NetSuite modules according to client requirements.
Support data migration efforts, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.
Participate in project meetings, document client requirements, and help prepare project deliverables.
Help test NetSuite functionality and troubleshoot system issues under guidance of senior consultants.
Assist with the creation and testing of AI automation around NetSuite and internal processes.
Prepare user guides, training material, and provide end-user support as needed.
Conduct research on NetSuite features, best practices, and industry trends.
Assist with administrative tasks related to project management and client communication.
