Job summary

Sikich is seeking an Intelligence Transformation Intern in Marlborough, MA area to work on AI-enabled solutions for Regulatory, Quality & Compliance projects. You will design AI agents, prototype workflows, and integrate enterprise systems, gaining hands-on experience with Copilot, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.

You will collaborate with consultants and leaders to translate business challenges into practical AI apps and document roadmaps, while building reusable patterns for faster

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience building software projects through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
• Familiarity with Python and data analysis techniques.
• Experience using GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building AI agents, multi-agent workflows, intelligent assistants, and automations using Microsoft Power Automate and related workflow platforms.
• Developing proof-of-concepts using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.
• Creating integrations between enterprise systems, knowledge repositories, and AI tools.
• Developing prompt frameworks, reusable agent patterns, and workflow accelerators.
• Supporting the creation of an Intelligent Workbench that enables consultants to access knowledge, automate tasks, and make data-driven decisions.
• Evaluating AI solutions for governance, security, compliance, trustworthiness, and business value.
• Collaborating with consultants and practice leaders to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
• Documenting findings, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
