This remote, hourly engagement focuses on resolving implementation issues, refining configurations, and improving financial processes, reporting, and efficiency. The role requires NetSuite certification and 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Financials experience, plus proven skills in reports, invoicing, revenue recognition, and month-end close guidance.

Qualifications

• NetSuite Financials certification and hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Financials experience.
• Experience building customized financial reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
• Proven experience troubleshooting custom invoicing and billing processes.
• Knowledge of NetSuite revenue recognition functionality and related accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and troubleshoot financial reports, saved searches, and dashboards to meet accounting and management reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues with customized invoices, billing configurations, transaction forms, and invoicing workflows.
• Troubleshoot revenue recognition schedules, rules, configurations, and related accounting entries; assist with resolving revenue recognition discrepancies.
• Provide guidance on general ledger transactions, journal entries, accounting periods, and month-end close issues.
• Diagnose NetSuite financial system issues, recommend solutions, and provide practical guidance on system functionality and best practices.
