Qualifications

• NetSuite certification with hands-on Financial Management experience.
• 5+ years of NetSuite Financials experience.
• Strong ability to build reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
• Proven troubleshooting of customized invoices and billing.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition functionality and processes.
• Able to provide flexible, on-demand support as issues arise.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and troubleshoot financial reports, saved searches, and dashboards to meet accounting and management reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues with customized invoices, billing configurations, transaction forms, and invoicing workflows.
• Troubleshoot revenue recognition schedules, rules, configurations, and related accounting entries; assist with resolving revenue recognition discrepancies.
• Provide guidance on general ledger transactions, journal entries, accounting periods, and month-end close issues.
• Diagnose NetSuite financial system issues, recommend solutions, and provide practical guidance on system functionality and best practices.
