Job summary

The HALO Trust is seeking an Enterprise Systems Support professional to provide day-to-day operational support for NetSuite and related systems. You will manage incidents, access controls, and system administration while collaborating with end users, IT colleagues, and vendors to ensure secure, well-governed platforms.

Responsibilities include configuring NetSuite, coordinating with external partners, and testing upgrades to improve platform performance across Finance, Procurement, Inventory,

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting NetSuite in a production environment.
• Experience managing NetSuite user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Experience supporting business users with system queries, incidents, and service requests.
• Hands on experience configuring NetSuite: fields, forms, records, workflows, dashboards and reports.
• Experience with enterprise applications like Fleetwave, HRIS, JIRA/Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all support issues across Enterprise Systems via Jira Service Management.
• Administer NetSuite including user setup, roles, permissions, and security access.
• Configure NetSuite to meet business needs with real-time visibility across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with third parties for resolution.
• Carry out testing for system upgrades and rollouts.
