ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, seeks a Software Engineer with a Secret clearance to design, develop, test, and sustain secure enterprise applications. You will work across the full software lifecycle in an Agile/DevSecOps environment using C#/.NET and SQL Server.

This remote, US-based role requires Pacific Time hours (8am–5pm PST). Collaboration across teams, secure coding, and modernization of legacy systems toward cloud-ready architectures are key

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 8–10 years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of C#/.NET development including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework.
• Strong SQL Server skills with T-SQL and database design.
• Experience building and securing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Working knowledge of a front-end framework (Angular, React, or Blazor) and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and APIs in C# using .NET 6/8+, ASP.NET Core (MVC, Web API, Razor/Blazor), and Entity Framework Core.
• Model data and write performant queries, stored procedures, and migrations in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Build and consume RESTful services and integrate with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
• Write unit and integration tests (xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest) and support automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub Actions; support containerized deployments where used.
• Apply secure coding standards (OWASP Top 10) and remediate static-analysis and vulnerability-scan findings.
• Modernize and refactor legacy .NET Framework applications toward current .NET and cloud-ready architectures.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver fixes on schedule.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and technical documentation.
