Job summary

ICF International is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team in supporting mission-critical federal systems. You will analyze business requirements, develop software solutions, and support the full software development lifecycle for enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of professional experience with C# on the Microsoft .NET platform, including ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of professional experience developing enterprise applications in C# on the Microsoft .NET platform, including ASP.NET Core 6 through 8.
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain the Public Trust suitability; U.S. residency and work authorization required.
• Experience building web UIs with JavaScript and React; Azure DevOps and Git for source control.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional business applications and technical design specifications for enterprise systems.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain enterprise software applications.
• Develop diagrams, process flows, and logic to support software design.
• Perform software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new application functionality.
