Job summary

Jobot is seeking a .NET Developer for a fully remote role to support a cloud-based SaaS platform. You should have 3–5 years of professional software development experience with strong C# and .NET/.NET Core and a passion for building scalable web applications and backend services.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain services, APIs, and business logic; work with REST APIs and SQL databases; and collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering to deliver new features while ensuring

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Experience developing web applications and backend services.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and software development best practices.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET.
• Build and enhance backend services, APIs, business logic, and integrations.
• Develop new functionality for a large-scale SaaS platform.
• Work with RESTful APIs and relational databases.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and other Engineering team members to deliver new features.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clean, maintainable production code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Contribute to the modernization and continued evolution of the company’s technology platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve code quality, development processes, and overall application performance.
