Job summary

Synergetics Incorporated is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and maintain OpenFLIS microservices and UI using C#/.NET and Angular. You will work with SQL Server, Azure resources, and participate in DevOps automation, CI/CD, and IaC.

This role operates in a FedRAMP‑authorized environment with emphasis on security and compliance. The position is mostly remote; candidates should reside or relocate to the Northern Colorado region (Fort Collins / Denver / Boulder area) and attend periodic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software development with C#/.NET and Angular.
• Experience with Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Storage, Key Vault).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development with .NET and Angular for OpenFLIS web apps and microservices.
• Build and maintain microservices and REST APIs, integrating with Azure services.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases and data access layers.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform/BICEP); automate deployments and monitoring.
• Administer Azure resources and monitor system health; configure and integrate ServiceNow.
• Support FedRAMP compliance and security practices; collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
