RADcube - A NLogix Company is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Application & Accessibility Consultant for the INDOT program. This remote role requires the candidate to be located in Indiana and may require onsite presence for kickoff and occasional meetings.

You will lead ADA/WCAG audits, develop accessible .NET components, and collaborate with AI-enabled tools to accelerate remediation and testing. Ideal candidates have extensive .NET experience, deep accessibility expertise, and experience

Qualifications

7+ years in .NET Core/.NET development.
8+ years ASP.NET Core (MVC/Razor/Web API) experience.
Expert WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and ADA Section 508 compliance knowledge.
Hands-on PDF accessibility in .NET using PDF libraries.
Experience with screen readers testing (NVDA/WAVE) and AI-assisted tooling.
CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions/Azure Pipelines; Git workflows.

Responsibilities

ADA Compliance & Web Accessibility audits and remediation to WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508.
Accessible PDF generation within .NET workflows.
AI-assisted engineering using GHEC Copilot and Anthropic Claude to accelerate audits and testing.
