Job summary

Vision Square is seeking a Senior .NET Accessibility Developer to modernize enterprise web applications and remediate accessibility issues. You will audit, fix, and validate code and documents to meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and ADA Section 508 requirements across legacy and new systems.

The role involves working with C#, .NET/.NET Core, Telerik UI, HTML5/CSS3, and JavaScript, plus using tools like NVDA/WAVE for accessibility testing and modern CI/CD practices in a remote Indiana environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with C#/.NET Core and full‑stack web development.
• Hands‑on experience with accessibility testing and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modernize enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Work with Telerik UI, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript front‑end technologies.
• Perform accessibility audits and remediate issues to meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and 508 standards.
• Create accessible/tagged PDFs and review legacy PDF reporting.
• Integrate accessibility improvements into existing .NET workflows.
