Productiv Team is seeking a proactive Backend Developer to maintain a live, business-critical microservices platform while delivering meaningful improvements on top of it. This hands-on role offers autonomy: you’ll investigate bug reports and changes from inception to production, balancing production support with feature work in a collaborative, AI-assisted environment.

You will work with Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS across a layered architecture, implement migrations, and strengthen

Qualifikationen

• Proven ownership from bug report to deployed solution.
• Production experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong NestJS experience including modules, controllers, services.
• Solid REST fundamentals and service-to-service communication.
• Relational DBs with PostgreSQL and safe migrations.
• Ability to read logs/metrics to diagnose distributed systems.
• Experience with authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO).
• Willingness to work with AI coding agents and tooling.

Aufgaben

• Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues across distributed microservices.
• Investigate root causes and apply fixes with regression tests.
• Deliver enhancements including new versions of programs and integrations.
• Follow architecture patterns from API gateway to adapters.
• Maintain integrations with external platforms (CRM, ERP, payments, email, storage).
• Write DB migrations and analyze data-related production issues.
