Job summary

EDF power solutions is seeking a Compliance professional to promote the reliability of the Bulk Power System by ensuring adherence to NERC standards. The role supports internal and external audits and drives continuous improvement in compliance programs.

The candidate will oversee regulatory programs, coordinate audits, and work with multiple EDFps teams to implement corrective actions, reporting, and documentation across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline required.
• Five+ years of experience in a compliance or audit role.
• Technical knowledge with NERC Operations & Planning standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NERC O&P Standards through guidance to business units.
• Maintain and update compliance program infrastructure and related policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and assist with travel to sites as needed.
• Collaborate with EDFps organizations to resolve issues and implement mitigations.
• Document and submit potential violations to regulators and maintain auditable records.
• Utilize EDFps compliance systems to track and monitor activities.
• Develop and maintain procedures for day-to-day operational support to personnel.
• Coordinate self-certification and data submittal activities.
