Job summary

Healios is recruiting a Coordinator for our Needs-Led Pathway to support families across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) in partnership with Sirona care & health. You’ll manage onboarding, coordinate appointments and connect families with their Care Navigator clinician, ensuring a positive, predictable experience throughout the pathway.

Qualifications

• Administrative and organisational experience in healthcare, education, or customer-facing settings.
• Good time management and ability to switch between tasks without losing track of detail.
• Experience resolving queries and troubleshooting problems.
• Experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and/or Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and confidence learning new systems.
• Clear, warm and professional communication, particularly by email and telephone.
• Understanding of neurodiversity and neuro-affirmative practice, and willingness to keep learning.
• Keeping families and young people at the heart of everything you do.
• Good judgement about when to ask for help, and the confidence to elevate concerns promptly.
• Understanding confidentiality and data protection when handling sensitive personal information.
• Professional home working environment with a minimum WIFI connection of 2 Mbps up and download speed.
• Flexibility to support our mission of bringing healthcare to anyone, anytime, anywhere.
• Commitment to ethical practice and safeguarding of adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Managing the flow of work through the pathway and its service lines so referrals move promptly.
• Booking and coordinating appointments, including Care Navigation Meetings, Core Needs Assessments and Moving Forward appointments.
• Linking families with their Care Navigator clinician and avoiding repeating stories.
• Sending questionnaires and reminders at key journey points, including onboarding and closing questionnaires.
• Supporting families who want to return to the service after an episode of care.
