Job summary

COG Research Foundation, LLC is seeking a Remote Senior Administrative Coordinator to support the Children’s Oncology Group (COG) research programs. This role involves coordinating protocol documentation, review processes, and study records across multiple sites.

The position focuses on ensuring timely study activation, data quality, and effective communication with chairs and committees. Travel to biannual scientific meetings may be required, with the employee residing in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related work experience, preferably in a clinical research setting.
• Bachelor's degree in a science or related field, or substitute with four additional years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation, review, and maintenance of protocol-related documentation with study chair and CCDR team.
• Manage internal/external review and approval processes from concept to completion.
• Maintain study records and track key events using COG tracking applications.
• Prepare protocol documents with all details needed to carry out research and answer questions.
• Develop educational materials and webinars for NCORP sites as needed.
• Monitor protocol clarity issues and support amendments with the CCDR team.
