Job summary

Qualifications

• Nurse licensed in Ohio; RN license required.
• BSN or ASN with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• CPR required; NRP and PALS preferred.
• Clinical research experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates care using evidence-based practices per study protocol.
• Delivers family-centered nursing care during trial participation, prioritizing quality and safety.
• Collaborates with care providers to align patient needs and trial requirements.
• Completes procedural, data, regulatory, and training elements for trial implementation and closeout.
