Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead procurement efforts for Naval Power programs. You will manage supplier relationships, administer subcontracts, and drive cost, schedule, and quality in accordance with FAR/DFARS rules.

This U.S.-based role requires travel up to 25% and emphasizes collaboration with program offices, finance, and engineering. A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience are typical, with SAP experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Significant knowledge in leading procurement processes and supplier management.
• Experience with CPFF/IF/AF and FFP purchase orders under FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement efforts for multiple programs within Product Support.
• Administer subcontracts and manage supplier performance to cost, schedule and quality.
• Issue RFQs/RFPs, negotiate terms, and perform price analyses.
