Job summary

RTX is seeking a procurement professional for a remote role supporting the LADS Electronics Procurement team. You will manage sourcing across Raytheon programs, review SOWs, issue RFQs, analyze quotes, and lead negotiations with suppliers while aligning with IPTs.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of procurement experience or an advanced degree with 3 years, and be a U.S. Person eligible for export authorizations. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Prior procurement experience is required.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy.
• Review statements of work (SOW) documents.
• Prepare and issue RFQs (requests for quotes).
• Review quotes, analyze results and lead negotiation plans/strategies as well as address any exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes, or Raytheon terms and condition requirements.
• Formally document purchase orders per internal procedures.
• Perform routine post-award management activities.
• Significant supplier interaction in collaboration with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Able to support travel (up to 25%).
