Job summary

NCI Agency in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks a software engineer to advance NATO interoperability standards in C2 systems. You will build, test, and validate NCDF and CESMO components, collaborate with project managers and SMEs, and contribute to documentation and tool development.

Must have strong English skills, experience with XML/JSON, and recent NATO interoperability work. Remote work with periodic on-site collaboration is offered under a deliverable-based contract.

Qualifications

• Experience redacting NATO standards.
• Proven test of ADatP-36 and STANAG5659.
• Knowledge of NCDF microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement NATO interoperability standards in software tools.
• Develop components for NCDF/CESMO.
• Create documentation and API guides.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and coordination.
