Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred).
• J.D. required; tax LL.M. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues including partnerships, S and C corporations, timing methods, and digital assets.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal reorganizations.
• Draft emails, memos, and firm-wide alerts on current tax developments.
• Contribute to firm-wide trainings in federal income tax and due diligence for M&A.
