EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager for its National Tax Office to conduct in-depth federal income tax research and support M&A tax structuring. Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred).
• J.D. required.
• Tax LL.M. is a plus.
• Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues across entities (partnerships, S corp, C corp).
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
• Draft emails and memos for internal and client use.
• Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.
• Assist with Firm-wide trainings in federal income tax.
• Assist with Federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions.
