Job summary

Diagnostica Stago is seeking a National Support Engineer (NSE) to serve as a SME for our installed base of diagnostic instruments across the continental United States. The NSE will provide second-level support to the Field Service Engineering team, analyze service data, and drive improvements in instrument performance and parts usage.

Travel up to 80% is expected for on-site visits and customer trainings. The role involves mentoring the FSG team, developing field trainings, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred with 3+ years direct customer interface experience.
• Experience with Power BI and data reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for Field Service Engineers, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting.
• Provide phone and on-site support during active service interventions in US and Canada.
• Analyze service data, identify trends, and drive improvements in MTBRV and parts usage.
• Create detailed escalation reports with data, diagrams, and root-cause analysis.
• Train and mentor the Field Support Group and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
