Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years related experience troubleshooting and repairing diagnostic equipment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Stago instruments.
• Foster strong customer relationships and professional service.
• Install instruments at customer sites and demonstrations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide on-site training to end users and laboratory staff.
• Document work orders and maintain records per SOP.
• Escalate issues per SOP and coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel within territory up to 75% overnight.
