Job summary

Mary's Meals USA seeks a Programs Coordinator to support national fundraising and awareness programs. This remote role, with occasional evenings and weekends, requires coordinating regional events, managing materials and timelines, and collaborating with Marketing, Development, and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in event coordination or nonprofit work, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of relevant professional experience in event coordination, nonprofit work, fundraising, marketing, or related field.
• Experience supporting fundraising activities or working with donors, volunteers, or supporters is preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities, maintain trackers, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence building relationships with event organizers, regional staff, volunteers, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Regional Support & Event Coordination: Support regional teams in planning and delivering fundraising and awareness events, coordinating materials, logistics, communications, and national support as needed.
• National Events & Relationships: Coordinate Mary's Meals USA's participation in national conferences, gatherings, and fundraising and awareness events; organize registration, schedules, materials, shipping, staffing and other participation requirements.
• Event Tracking & Evaluation: Build and maintain a tracker for national events, record objectives and costs, and collaborate with staff to improve future participation.
• Speakers Bureau Support: Assist in developing and maintaining a speakers bureau and promote Mary\'s Meals leaders as speakers.
• Advancing growth: Support new programs and participate in staff meetings; contribute to new products, programs and systems.
