Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or demonstrated business leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Significant civil engineering leadership experience, including client relationships, team leadership, program delivery, and financial performance.
• Experience leading national client programs, scaling delivery teams, and managing complex client portfolios.
• Strong business and financial acumen for evaluating growth opportunities, staffing, and workload management.
• Experience with AI tools to improve team processes and decision making.
• Ability to review AI-generated content and protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams with accountability for client service, team performance, financial performance, quality, and growth.
• Strengthen delivery systems, workflows, quality expectations, and communication standards across national programs.
• Build a national delivery platform to strengthen client confidence and competitive advantage.
• Mentor and develop high-performing Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, service, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen client relationships by understanding needs and improving responsiveness.
• Partner with client leaders and technical teams to support program delivery and opportunities.
• Drive consistent execution across programs including scope, schedule, budget, and invoicing discipline.
• Use performance data and feedback to identify trends and improve resource planning.
