Qualifications

• A valid and active Series 9 and Series 10.
• A valid and active Series 7.
• A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) or may be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment.
• A valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
• Life, Health and Variable insurance licenses required or may be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and train Financial Advisors to leverage a holistic goals-based planning approach to help clients achieve their financial planning goals, while focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain a high degree of investment services and product acumen with experience in goals-based planning and advice.
• Lead and develop strategies to convert high quality leads into new clients and maintain relationships.
• Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion and drive the firm's goals.
• Attract, retain and develop a team of remote-based Financial Consultants in a strategic hub.
• Partner with Supervisory Management to manage day-to-day administrative, supervisory and operational tasks.
• Create a culture of risk and control to safeguard clients and business.
• Identify solutions proactively and conduct training to close gaps in team performance.
• Translate market knowledge into growth strategy across geographies.
