Job summary

KBR is seeking a Remote Special Process Auditor to support Nadcap certification across global sites. The role requires extensive special process/Nadcap experience, collaboration with diverse teams, and the ability to guide audits with senior leadership.

You will help ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement within Honeywell Aerospace contexts. Responsibilities include planning Nadcap audits, maintaining certification processes, leading SME activity, and mentoring site teams in QMS,

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or technical discipline; 10+ years in aerospace quality.
• Extensive knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for Nadcap audits with emphasis on site compliance.
• Maintain Nadcap certification processes for all locations.
• Ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements at sites.
• Provide SME leadership for network audits to ensure schedule, qualification, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in customer QIPs related to special processes.
• Collaborate with site resources to drive product and manufacturing improvements.
• Perform risk analysis and drive mitigation actions, including continuous improvement.
• Use project management tools to influence cross-functional departments.
• Mentor sites in Special Process and QMS procedures.
