Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Mid-Market Onboarding Lead for North America. You will lead a regional team of Onboarding Project Managers and Mid-Market Coaches, guiding independent hotels, resorts, and multi-property groups from signed contract to go-live and handoff.

You will personally oversee a small portfolio of strategic NA accounts, provide consultative kickoffs, and ensure onboarding quality, CSAT, and timely live deployments in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel operations or hospitality technology.
• 2+ years directly managing customer-facing team members (onboarding/implementation/customer success).
• Hands-on experience leading multi-property PMS implementations (40+ room properties).
• Strong understanding of North American hotel operations: front office, reservations, distribution, revenue management, payments, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the North America onboarding team (Onboarding Project Managers and Mid-Market Coaches).
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic North American accounts through go-live and handoff.
• Own region account intake, matching accounts to the right owner based on complexity and capacity.
• Act as escalation point for at-risk onboardings and reset plans with customers.
• Ramp new hires with regional training and shadowing, ensure readiness before live accounts.
