Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Automation Specialist (n8n Expert) to design and maintain advanced n8n workflows connecting HubSpot, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, and AI services. This remote role is based in Spain, offering high autonomy in a fast-moving marketing tech environment.

You will collaborate with AI and digital teams, optimize performance, document architectures, and help establish reusable automation standards for diverse client projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, building, and managing advanced n8n workflows.
• Strong API, REST, webhooks, and data transformation knowledge.
• Experience connecting marketing platforms like HubSpot, Google Sheets, Airtable.
• Experience integrating AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
• Strong debugging, reliability, and maintainability focus.
• Ability to design reusable, scalable automation solutions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Make.com, Zapier, or Pipedream is a plus.
• Knowledge of Node.js or Python for custom extensions is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain n8n workflows for marketing ops and CRM.
• Design automation architectures using APIs, webhooks, and data transforms.
• Integrate platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Airtable.
• Connect AI services (OpenAI, Claude, Google PaLM) into pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI and digital teams across industries.
• Optimize performance, error handling, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Document workflow architectures and procedures.
• Contribute to automation standards and infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
