Job summary

REVCO SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking an experienced MVA/TPL Resolution Specialist II to independently investigate, negotiate, and resolve complex hospital accounts involving Motor Vehicle Accident and Third-Party Liability claims.

You will work with insurers, attorneys, patients, and other parties to maximize client recovery while protecting lien and reimbursement rights. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, plus knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare billing.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in MVA/TPL or liability-claims environment.
• Direct hospital or provider-side revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating with liability carriers, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Knowledge of hospital liens and lien-related reimbursement processes.
• Experience handling complex, high-dollar, or attorney-represented accounts.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex MVA/TPL accounts from investigation to final resolution.
• Analyze account data to determine recovery strategy and lien actions.
• Investigate accident circumstances, liability status, and available coverage.
• Negotiate with carriers, adjusters, and attorneys for favorable settlements.
• Prepare and monitor hospital liens and related notices.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
