Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or related environment.
• Experience with MVA/TPL or liability claims is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with patients, attorneys, and insurance carriers.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review potential MVA/TPL accounts to determine program scope.
• Investigate accident details and insurance information to support reimbursement.
• Communicate with patients, carriers, attorneys, and others for account resolution.
• Submit and track required claim documentation and hospital liens.
• Monitor lien status and settlement activity and escalate complex cases.
• Maintain complete documentation of investigation, communications, and dispositions.
