Job summary

Revco Solutions in the United States seeks a MVA/TPL Resolution Specialist I to investigate and resolve hospital accounts involving Motor Vehicle Accident and Third-Party Liability claims. You will work within client procedures to ensure timely reimbursement and manage routine accounts with guidance from supervisors.

Responsibilities include researching account details, communicating with patients, insurers, attorneys, and providers, and preparing required documentation and lien materials.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or related field.
• Experience with hospital accounts and MVA/TPL or liability claims preferred.
• Ability to research account information and follow established processes through resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with patient accounting systems (EPIC, Cerner, Meditech) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve hospital accounts for MVA/TPL claims.
• Communicate with patients, carriers, attorneys, and others involved to obtain information.
• Prepare claim documentation and lien-related submissions.
• Monitor lien status and follow-up dates.
• Escalate complex cases to Level II as needed.
• Maintain accurate case documentation.
