Job summary

Consertus is seeking a Multimedia Content Designer to own video and visual production from concept to final delivery. You will lead storyboarding, filming, editing, animation, and music for client case studies, campaigns, and training films, coordinating with external agencies when needed.

You will support the digital asset library, craft thought-leadership content, and help translate expertise into engaging visuals for Consertus Institute, reporting to the Director, Content Strategy.

Qualifications

• Own video projects end to end from concept to final delivery.
• Strong photography and videography skills with portfolio.
• Experience in motion graphics and 2D animation; examples.
• Comfort running a shoot solo (camera, lighting, audio).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Canva.

Responsibilities

• Video Production end-to-end for client case studies and campaigns.
• Plan, shoot, edit, color, captions, and final delivery.
• Produce motion graphics and short animated training films.
• Coordinate with outside agencies for high-production videos.
• Support digital asset library with new videos and imagery.
