Job summary

Consertus is seeking a Multimedia Content Designer to own video and visual production from concept to final delivery. You will lead interviews, shoots, editing, animation, and music across client case studies, campaigns, and training films.

You'll coordinate with the content, marketing, and leadership teams, manage outside agencies, and contribute to Consertus Institute content. The role is full-time, remote up to 30%, with travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience owning video projects end to end.
• Strong photography and videography skills with a portfolio.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end video projects from concept to final delivery.
• Plan, shoot, and edit client case studies and campaign videos.
• Create motion graphics and short animated training content.
• Coordinate with external agencies and manage assets for the library.
