Job summary

Scento is Europe’s largest perfume decant website with offices in Paris and Berlin. We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to assist customers via email and chat in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, and English, guiding them on orders, deliveries, sizes, and perfume recommendations.

Qualifications

• Native French, German, Italian, Spanish or Polish plus fluent English.
• 2+ years in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or beauty.
• Warm, precise writing and a genuine interest in perfume.

Responsibilities

• Answer by email and chat in your native language and in English.
• Help with orders, deliveries, sizes, and perfume recommendations.
• Recommend perfumes with expertise from a catalogue of 1,000+ originals.
• Turn tricky cases into happy customers with calm, creative problem solving.
• Share customer feedback with the team to improve products and processes.
• Keep the help centre in your language accurate and easy to read.
