Hostaway is seeking an EMEA Sales Manager to lead and scale a remote team of Account Executives focused on the vacation rental and hospitality tech space. You will shape sales strategy, drive revenue growth, coach a distributed team, and collaborate with Marketing, Success, and Product to maximize market share.

The role requires 5+ years in sales with 2–3 years in management, fluent English and French, and deep knowledge of the EMEA vacation rental landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with 2–3 years in a sales management or team lead role.
• Proven track record leading multilingual, remote sales teams across the EMEA region.
• Strong understanding of vacation rental, hospitality tech, or PropTech/HospiTech domains.

Responsibilities
