Job summary

Provencher & Company, LLC is seeking experienced Multi-Line Claims Adjusters to work remotely across the United States. You will handle both property and liability claims, including commercial and residential losses, with knowledge of negligence, coverage, and damages.

Strong report writing and communication skills are essential. Ideal candidates possess 5+ years of adjusting experience, with proficiency in Xactimate and ability to manage statements of loss, proofs of loss, and denial letters

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years first-party commercial/residential property and liability adjusting experience.
• Experience preparing Statements of Loss, Proofs of Loss and denial letters.
• Strong knowledge of property and liability coverage and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Completes field property inspections for residential and commercial losses using Xactimate and field investigations to determine negligence and damages.
• Investigates claims by taking recorded statements from insureds, claimants or witnesses, and interviews with officials.
• Recommend claim reserves based on investigation with well-supported reserve reports.
• Obtain and interpret official reports and review coverage forms.
• Provide thorough analysis of coverage and issues in initial captioned client reports.
• Maintain quality by adhering to client Best Practices.
