Job summary

Provencher & Company, LLC is seeking experienced multi-line Claims Adjusters to handle commercial and residential property and liability claims. The role supports remote work and requires strong investigative and estimating abilities using Xactimate.

You will review coverage, gather statements, determine negligence and damages, and prepare clear captioned reports for clients. A professional background in claims with state licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of first-party commercial or residential property and liability adjusting experience.
• Proficiency with estimating software; Xactimate preferred.
• Must have own computer with internet access and Microsoft Word.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to take recorded statements in the field or with attorneys.
• Experience in preparing Statements of Loss and Proofs of Loss.
• State adjuster license where required.
• Driver's license valid.

Responsibilities

• Completes field property inspections for residential and commercial losses using Xactimate.
• Investigates claims by obtaining statements from insureds and witnesses.
• Recommends claim reserves based on investigations and reports.
• Obtains and interprets official reports and reviews endorsements.
• Maintains quality by following client Best Practices.
