Job summary

Provencher & Company, LLC seeks experienced Multi-Line Claims Adjusters to work remotely nationwide. You will handle both property and liability, adjusting commercial and residential losses with minimal supervision.

Candidates must have 5+ years of adjusting experience, knowledge of coverage and damages, a valid state license where required, and proficiency with Xactimate and Word. A driver's license and ability to obtain statements are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years first-party commercial and/or residential property and liability adjusting experience.
• Experience with estimating software; Xactimate preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to take recorded statements in the field or with legal representatives.
• Experience preparing Statements of Loss, Proofs of Loss, and denial letters.

Responsibilities

• Completes residential and commercial field property inspections utilizing Xactimate to determine negligence and damages.
• Investigate claims by obtaining statements from insureds, claimants or witnesses and inspect damages.
• Recommend claim reserves based on investigation with well-supported reserve reports.
• Obtain and interpret official reports and review coverage forms.
• Provide thorough analysis of coverage issues in initial captioned reports to the client.
• Maintain quality by following client Best Practices.
