Job summary

Stanford Hotels Corporation is seeking a Cluster Director of Revenue Management to lead the development and execution of yield and inventory strategies across multiple East Coast hotels. Remote candidates are welcome, with preference for Charlotte, NC or Washington DC metro area.

Ideal candidates will have hotel revenue management experience, familiarity with GDS and distribution channels, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Revenue management experience in hotels is required.
• Experience with full service hotel brands is required.
• Multi-property revenue management experience preferred.
• Hilton and Marriott hotel brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and measure yield and inventory strategies to maximize room revenue across multiple hotels via major distribution channels.
• Support General Managers and Sales Teams with data and tools to drive sales and marketing decisions.
• Identify opportunities to increase incremental revenue by market, group performance and channel costs.
• Provide short- and long-term revenue projections for weekly, monthly and yearly planning.
• Set yield controls across CRO, GDS, websites and third-party channels.
• Communicate strategies with sales and operations to support group revenues and banquet sales.
• Monitor market demand trends and analyze competitor strategies.
• Lead weekly Yield meetings and present growth recommendations.
• Attend Sales/Marketing meetings as required and provide executive-level reporting.
