Job summary

Prowess Consulting is seeking a Multi Domain Compliance Program Manager to support product, engineering, and compliance teams across Responsible AI, Privacy, Accessibility, and the DMA. The role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional partners, managing structured processes, and helping teams understand compliance expectations.

Located in the United States with remote-first flexibility, this full-time position requires 4–10 years of PM experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in program or project management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to break down complex requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse groups.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to learn quickly across multiple compliance domains.
• Experience contributing to process improvements or compliance enablement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-domain compliance reviews with product and engineering teams.
• Maintain feature inventories for multiple compliance programs.
• Organize regular reviews of new features and track decisions.
• Ensure teams have information and resources to complete required reviews.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Engage area owners to prepare releases.
• Provide regular updates on bug resolution progress.
• Update compliance guidance pages and documentation.
• Support ADO work items related to compliance activities and follow-ups.
• Prepare status updates for shiproom meetings and stakeholders.
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, next steps, and action items.
