Prowess Consulting is seeking a Multi Domain Compliance Program Manager to support product, engineering, and compliance teams across RA I, Privacy, Accessibility, and the Digital Markets Act (DMA). This is a full-time remote role with collaboration essential across the Pacific time zone.

Ideal candidates have 4–10 years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Azure DevOps and Power BI. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of program or project management experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; can break down requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse groups.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI for tracking.
• Ability to learn quickly across multiple compliance domains.
• Experience contributing to process improvements or compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-domain compliance programs and support engineering teams.
• Update guidance pages and ensure consistent documentation across programs.
• Provide updates for shiproom meetings and compliance stakeholders.
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items to maintain alignment.
• Handle sensitive compliance information with data protection practices.
