Job summary

Brave Health is hiring full-time Associate Therapists to deliver outpatient therapy via telehealth. You will operate remotely, providing HIPAA-compliant care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans for diverse populations.

A master’s degree and licensure are required, with Spanish as a plus. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, competitive benefits, and opportunities for supervision and growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field and licensure to practice in the United States (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LIMFT).
• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States; no visa sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Experience delivering outpatient therapy via telehealth.
• Facility HIPAA privacy standards and professional boundaries.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress with clients across the lifespan.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care through secure platforms.
• Uphold HIPAA requirements and maintain privacy in home-based work environment.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional growth opportunities.
